  1. Ground shipping cost (non-refundable) is included to the 48 contiguous U.S. only
  2. In-stock items are processed in 2-5 business days
  3. Multiple-item orders may arrive separately and shipped after the first shipment has arrived
  4. Gift Card, caps, books are final sale
  5. Discounts cannot be combined
  6. We do not ship to P.O. Box
  7. Unshipped-order cancellation is subject to 3% of the invoice, non-refundable payment processing fee
  8. Order cannot be cancelled once shipped. Order will be processed as a return
  9. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders without prior notice
  10. We're not responsible for lost or stolen items
  11. We're not responsible for the wrong shipping address provided by the customer

Cancellation

  1. Cancellation must be made in 24 hours of order placed
  2. 3% unrefundable payment processing fee is deducted from the refund
  3. Cancellation after 24 hours and shipped order will be processed as a return with 25% deducted form the refund

Wrong Shipping Address

  1. Shipping address correction must be made within 1 hour of placing an order
  2. Customer is responsible for the cost associated with wrong shipping address, delivery and rerouting

Los Angeles Warehouse Pickup & Return

  1. 10% off at the Checkout for Warehouse pickup in Los Angeles
  2. Pickup location is 4361 Valley Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90032
  3. Once order is placed, pickup details will be provided in 1-3 business days via email
  4. Warehouse pickup orders must be returned in person to the warehouse
  5. We're not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during transit

Alaska & Hawaii
