Return & Refund

  1. Return and exchange for unused items in their complete original packaging are accepted within 14 days from the carrier delivery date. 25% (non-refundable round-trip UPS or USPS shipping fees) will be deducted from the item’s original price before any discounts. Items must be dropped off at the carrier within 7 days return shipping label is issued.
  2. Our product pricing includes outbound shipping only (non-refundable). Because returns are extremely rare, we do not build the cost of two-way shipping into the price of our products. Return shipping is only paid for when it is actually needed. This ensures that customers are not paying upfront for return shipping they are unlikely to need and keep the product prices as low as possible. Two-way shipping cost is 25% of the invoice.
  3. Customer is responsible for ordering the correct litter box size for the animals, litter box behavior and their space
  4. Los Angeles warehouse return and exchange for unused items in their complete original packaging are accepted within 14 days from the pick-up date. 8% (non-refundable restocking processing fee) will be deducted from the item's original price before any promotion
  5. Unused items returned with scratches and damages are not refundable
  6. Used or gently used items are non-refundable or exchangeable- health and safety violation
  7. Damaged returned items due to improper and missing or incomplete original packaging will not be refunded
  8. Less Litter Box sold as a set cannot be returned separately in parts
  9. Caps, apparel, books are final sale
  10. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged, and non-refundable
  11. Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days from when we receive your return
  12. Refund is voided when return by carrier refusal without return request to Less Litter and return shipping label provided Less Litter
  13. Once the item is shipped order cannot be cancelled. Order will be processed as a return
  14. Cancellation must be made in 24 hours of order placed. 3% unrefundable payment processing fee is deducted from the refund. Cancellation after 24 hours and shipped order will be processed as a return with 25% deducted form the refund
  15. Additional $20 (per carrier attempt) for scheduled pickup will be deducted from refund
  16. If you receive an item that is damaged, contact care@lesslitterbox.com immediately. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
